Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct structural design and optimization for robots, complete kinematic and dynamic compatibility design, and resolve coupling issues of multiple degrees of freedom.
2. Perform simulation verification and testing, including structural strength, modal analysis and fatigue life simulation; optimize design schemes to ensure mass production feasibility.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with electronic, algorithm and control teams to tackle system integration challenges.
4. Lead innovative research and explore cutting-edge technologies, including topology optimization, generative design and composite material application.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of structural design experience in robotics or precision machinery. Experienced in the full product development lifecycle (concept design → simulation → prototyping → mass production).
2. Candidates with design experience in high-dynamic systems such as legged robots, collaborative robotic arms and drones are preferred.
3. Proficient in CAD tools and simulation software, with rich experience in complex assembly design. Familiar with robot kinematics and dynamics principles, and master structural lightweight design methods (e.g., hollow-out & porous structures).
4. Knowledgeable in common manufacturing processes (CNC machining, injection molding, metal additive manufacturing) and material properties (titanium alloy, carbon fiber, engineering plastics).
5. Possess in-depth understanding of the mechanical essence of robotic systems, capable of closed-loop design optimization combining simulation and measured data.
6. Excellent cross-disciplinary communication skills, able to adapt to the rapid iteration rhythm of start-up companies, and pursue ultimate technical details.
